This model is essentially the same as the popular X2 Omni, but with an a bit higher suction capacity of 8700Pa, and a few additional clever features. The RGBD sensor upgrade is able to learn your home's environment and provide an adaptive obstacle avoidance. And the smart app lets you modify a variety of settings, including scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo is also self-prepping and has both the robot vacuum as well as the mop returning to their charging base after each task to clean their pads, empty their dust bins and place debris into bags that self-seal. In addition, unlike other vacuums that have mopping capabilities it detects objects and obstructions that avoids items such as bowls and dog toys (but not poop!).

It has other great notable features, like a self-emptying dust bin, a mop pad that's self-washing and adjustable for water temperature and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can reach areas other mops miss. You can also set up cleaning schedules in the app and customize the settings for each room of your home.

Like the S8 model, it comes with multi-room smart mapping that can differentiate between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood rugs with high-pile. It can also skip cleaning rooms that aren't filthy if you're trying to reduce time. It's a great choice for those who have a variety of flooring in your home but don't want to spend the extra money for a Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that can handle regular maintenance and touch-ups on messy messes that are wet, this robot is a great choice. It offers a broad range of features like a self-emptying dustbin, an additional water refill dock, and adjustable settings within the app. It's extremely quiet and can move around furniture legs and socks effortlessly. It's unable to pick up the tangled tassels of a rug and it drains its battery faster than other models we've tried.

The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerful unit that offers an impressive suction and easy automation, all in a sleek and stylish. It didn't perform as well as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests of vacuuming, but overall it did quite well. It has a variety of cleaning modes, ranging from the low power 'Quiet mode which is suitable for small debris to the powerful "Turbo mode" for carpeted areas. It will even automate the removal and reattachment of mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum cleaner that can be used in small areas. It's extremely quiet and speedy and does a good job of navigating tight spots. It also does a very excellent job of pulling pet hair out of carpeting.

It's smaller than its rivals however, it doesn't compromise any features. It has a decent suction capacity and can be set to take pictures of each object it chooses (i.e. chew toys, socks) and mark them in the app as 'not found' to ensure that they are not picked up again during future cleanings. The photos are secure, and aren't tied to your account.

It's great at vacuuming, but not so great at mopping. It uses disposable wipes that clip onto the bot's bottom and drags them across the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal models, which come with water reservoirs that automatically wash and reattach their mophead.
