When I tried the S1 It was quick to map our downstairs, which has Linoleum flooring in the kitchen/dining room and bathrooms, as well as medium-pile carpeting and a large area rug. It was capable of driving close to walls and even cross raised thresholds without any problems. However it had some issues navigating down the stairs in one pass. The S1 requires periodic maintenance, just like any other 2-in-1 robots. It is necessary to regularly wash out the tank that has been contaminated to keep it from becoming clogged. You will also need to clean your sensor and swivel wheel frequently to prevent them from getting clogged up with dust or dirt. Overall, the S1 is easy to maintain, especially when compared to other combinations that require more care.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

Ecovacs all-in-one robot vacuum and mop is an efficient solution for your cleaning requirements. 3. Dreame X40 ultra

Dreame launched the luxurious X30 Ultra earlier this year and their new flagship model of robot mop and vacuum comes with more impressive features. It is a great cleaner and is easy to maintain. This makes it a worthy contender for our top list of mops and robot vacuums. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition, and an extended side brush will give you an efficient, customized clean.

The X40 Ultra vacuums well, it can remove both large and fine debris. It works equally well on carpets and hard floors. It also cleaned our tests' dirtiest areas well, eliminating pet hairs that are tangled and other messes. The sweeping capabilities are augmented by a side brush that moves out to tackle difficult-to-reach corners, and an extendable mop pad that can be placed alongside baseboards.

Its navigation is nimble that can navigate tight spaces and climbing stairs without skipping a beat. It is able to move from one room to the next without having to reverse direction. This is a great feature for large homes with multiple rooms. Its obstacle avoidance is not as advanced than some competitors and leaves a wide margin around obstacles.
