World of Warcraft - Item Upgrade

Item upgrades allow players to increase the level of armor and weapons that can be equipped. This increases the power of the equipment, and also sometimes adding buffs or the rerolling of an affix.

Any NPC that upgrades items can be located in the game. In general, these NPCs are located in capital cities or major questing locations. Players can also find item upgraders in dungeons that have high-level bosses and by chatting with NPCs in their garrisons for their faction.
