Like its name implies, GE’s Profile series is aimed at people who want to incorporate cutting-edge technology into their kitchen. This refrigerator has it all, from the Keurig K cup coffee maker on the door, to a clever dispenser of water. But these flourishes don't mask mediocre performance, especially in the refrigerator's freezer and an ineffective temperature-controlled drawer. Given that this fridge costs an extra amount, I'd like to see better.

This fridge is a great choice, despite the small blip. It has a large freezer compartment, which is uncommon in counter-depth French door refrigerators. Additionally, it holds a fair amount of frozen food compared to similar models.

The drawers are easy to open and shut, but I found the textured plastic coatings a bit hard on my fingers.

The GE PGE29BYTFS Smart Refrigerator is equipped with a full suite of features you'd expect from a non plumbed fridge french door at this price, including Wi-Fi and app support via GE's SmartHQ software. The app is available on iOS and Android devices and lets you control your refrigerator from any place in the globe. It also offers many options for customization. It also sends you notifications when doors are left open, when the refrigerator or freezer needs to be defrosted and when it's time to change the filter.

The LG LRFLC2706S is an excellent counter-depth refrigerator that packs a lot of storage space into a compact frame. It has a sleek, fingerprint-resistant stainless-steel finish and features thick handles that make them comfortable to grip. Inside, the fridge features a standard French-door layout with gallon-sized door bins on each door, two rows of spill-capture shelves, and a set of more spacious drawers. The top shelf on the right can be folded down to give tall items more headroom. There's also a full-width drawer to store deli items and an internal water dispenser.

The refrigerator comes with an ice maker, making it simple to transfer ice when needed. The freezer also comes with clever design features, such as sliding drawers that help you organize your belongings. It also has a large container for storing frozen food, and a separate bin for ice.

Smart InstaView panel is another cool feature of the refrigerator. You can control the temperature, lighting, and other aspects of your refrigerator from your smartphone. It's a great way to control and monitor your refrigerator, especially if you're away from home.

Its capacity is superior for a counter-depth model, and it cools evenly and has a great layout. It's also a little cheaper than the best counter-depth refrigerators that have an ice maker, which can make it a popular choice.

Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

This Frigidaire French door refrigerator is a great choice when you're looking for a French door fridge that won't break the budget. It's a basic fridge which may not be as attractive as some of its competitors however, it does have enough features to make it a suitable option. It also comes with a huge water dispenser as well as a good Ice machine that is fast.

The "Chill Drawer", which is situated over the two crisper bins, is another great feature. You can alter the feature using an adjustable slider that is located just in the middle of the drawer. You can also adjust the general cooling settings for the entire fridge. I've found that the generic settings work better than the specific ones.

During my tests, I discovered that the temperatures of the refrigerator were fairly consistent across various parts of the refrigerator. Temperatures in the top and bottom of the fridge did not vary very far from 38 degrees, and even the middle of the fridge was within one degree of 36.
