Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuums and mops can be customized using a specialized app to save your home's maps as well as set cleaning schedules and select mopping options. You can also alter the suction power and how much water the mop is using.

The S8 Pro Ultra's mopping capabilities are also impressive. It can provide constant pressure to the pad that is more than 6 Newtons to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also features an automatic mop lifting system which lifts the pad when it goes from laminate to tile or hardwood to carpet and rugs, thereby avoiding soaking these types of soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self drying features. The pad can be rinsing and then drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. This means you can just leave it in place and forget it, and only need to change the dust bag or refill the water tank occasionally.

All this is powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual vac- and mop-settings for around 160 minutes before it began to lose power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn't too far from the 180-minute time that Roborock claims, and is on the same level as other hybrids I've tried.

It's a complete and robust product, with the only downside being the fact that it's pricey. The sheer amount of features make it an appealing choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We highly recommend this vacuum if you can justify its cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuums best vacuum and mop combination. The premium price is justified by the robust features, including a large vacuuming capability, as well as two mop heads that gyrate. It also comes with an app-enabled smart controller as well as an advanced obstacle-avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combos available with a suggested retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it was able to perform well across all areas of the house, removing 98.4% of debris on all floors and managing to lift long hair without tangling. In contrast to the other hybrid vacuum mops that I tried and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris removal on carpets. Additionally, its mops aren't as capable at scrubbing away stubborn stains as those found in the top Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's numerous top-of-the-line features, it requires regular care and maintenance. Its base station has to be cleaned as well as the water and dust tanks must be emptied, cleaned and dried on a regular basis to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to note that the mop pads which are purchased separately, will need to be replaced periodically too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the money. If you're on a tight budget I would suggest a less basic model that lets you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. Even it were the case that the L10S Ultra was the best robot mop and vacuum you could buy however, its price and ongoing maintenance would make it more an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop that you require to get rid of messes and remove dirt from your hard floors. Like many robot vacuums that mop vacuums and mop combinations like the S1 Pro is ready to roll out from the box. The S1 Pro needs to be filled with clean water. This can be accomplished in the cleaning dock. If you'd like to use your own cleaner you can include a cleaning solution to the dock. If you opt for this option, however, you will have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution that is more expensive than other robot brands that allow users to select their own choice of cleaning solutions.

The S1 Pro performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, as did most robots. It was quick to map a room and it was able to navigate around furniture. It sat on carpets with larger piles a couple of times during my tests. However this could be improved by updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that has many functions at a a reasonable cost.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum, and it has some outstanding features. The dock's multifunction allows emptying the robot's dirtbag and refilling its water tanks and washing and sanitizing mop pads is handled by the dock. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning robot mop and vacuum up a significant portion of an area before it needs to return to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction does a nice job of removing dirt and pet hair from carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is quite extensive, and provides various options for customizing the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start a full map and clean of everything that is mapped by the device or you can select individual rooms, expandable zones or even a schedule you've created. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It uses the sensors on the mops to map out the space and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

Like the other Roborock models we've tested, the Qrevo is a great performer in our tests. Its navigation system is reliable, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in a systematic fashion. The default pathing setting does an excellent job of covering a room, with no major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well, but it is not as advanced as the color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can spot the dangers of carpets that are thick but it might not always detect small things such as rug tassels or electrical wires.

This machine has one major problem: it doesn't have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who vacuum frequently prior to using their robot. There's a good alternative: the app has the option to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. This lets you utilize the vacuum's mopping capability to eliminate the last traces of dust and debris left behind by your vacuuming. This is a nice feature that lets this vacuum to clean up a bit better than its competitors with lower prices.
