The cot's sliding side panel can be raised and lowered with the touch of an button, making it a breeze to reach in and soothe a crying baby in the night. It also has 11 height adjustments that allow it to fit the mattress of almost any size bed. It also includes adjustable folding feet to ensure that it sits at just the right height.

In terms of safety the cot is cushioned and fitted with mesh sides to provide more ventilation, while its mattress is made of high-density foam to provide extra protection. It can also be cleaned, so you can keep the cot clean. It is fitted with a bed sheet that is suitable for the crib.

Unlike some other bedside cot 6 months plus cribs, the Roomie Glide is suitable for the majority of beds, including divans thanks to its straps and clip attachment. The Tutti Bambini CoZee

The Tutti Bambini CoZee is an award-winning crib for bed designed to ensure a peaceful night's sleep in mind. It has a drop-side rail that is able to be easily lowered to feed your child at night without disturbing them or getting out of bed. This is perfect for breastfeeding mothers! It's also light and easy to move around during naps or for travel bedside crib.

We love that it's constructed of soft fabrics with breathable mesh sides that promote airflow and ease of use. It's available in oak and charcoal and has a variety of melange fabric options that are compatible with all decor styles. Anna found it to be sturdy and secure after being affixed to her bed. The legs clicked into place and the zippers were secure to ensure security. It took her about 10 minutes to assemble it and didn't require tools, with clear instructions and a video or support number if you encounter any issues.

The CoZee crib comes with all the features you'd think of in a crib for your bedside crib and travel cot, such as the ability to connect it to your existing bed using a stay-in-place connection system. It also has six height settings. In addition it has an incline feature that can be used to help babies with congestion or reflux. It can also be washed by a machine - a must for all the dribbles, vomit, and snot that can be found in a newborn baby!

If you want to keep your baby close during the first six months when they're beginning to learn to sleep independently and independently, the CoZee is a great option because it can be used as a standalone crib, changing table and toddler bed. It can be turned into a sofa bed by the addition of an extension pack. And while it won't feed your baby or magically put them to sleep it will gently rock them to send them off!

This is one of Chicco's most expensive options, but it has a wide array of features. Our testers loved the easy access to the side panel that can be moved up and down with just one push of a button. This was particularly helpful at night, as they could reach inside and pick up their baby without disturbing them up.

The side panel can be lowered on its own however it isn't advised as it increases the chance of your baby falling out of the cot for bedside. The safety locking system makes sure that the side panel will only remain in place if it's connected correctly to the parent's mattress. This is a great feature to have for peace of mind, particularly if you're breastfeeding and require frequent feedings at night.

Telescopic legs enable the Chicco Next2Me Magic to be used with any bed including divan bases or beds with drawers. It features a tilting feature for babies with reflux, as well as a rocking function to help soothe them to sleep after eating. It's also very large and offers excellent ventilation due to its mesh sides.

The Next2Me Magic was easy to use and set up for our test subjects even with the lengthy instruction manual. It's a bit heavier than other side-sleepers, but it's easily moved from one place to another. It's also foldable into a travel bag which is ideal when you need to transport it. If you're looking for a bedside crib that will grow with your child, then the Shnuggle Air is definitely worth considering. It's a co-sleeping crib that can be attached securely to your bed and can be converted into a chic cot when your baby is old enough. Perfect for nighttime feedings and enhancing the bond between you and your newborn.

In contrast to other models of bedside crib like the Shnuggle Air is built with breathability in mind. Its dual-view mesh sides and breathable, hypo-allergenic airflow mattress maximise airflow to keep your baby cool and comfortable. The gentle slope helps ease reflux and colic. The zip-down side lets you to feed your baby, or even comfort them at night.

The cot conversion kit (sold separately) is also well-designed, with clear directions and everything you require to start. It took us about an hour to assemble, and was reasonably straightforward. The only issue with the instructions was that certain pictures did not have captions. This made it difficult for us to follow the instructions. However, overall it was a straightforward process and the quality of the materials used was excellent.

In the co-sleeping position, we found the Shnuggle Air to be an ideal choice for breastfeeding mothers and women who have had a c-section as it allows them to easily reach out to their newborn to feed and comfort them without having to leave their bed. It's a great option for parents who do not want to go through the hassle of putting their baby in a traditional cot, or getting them out of it.

In our tests we observed the gliding motion of the next-to-me crib to be extremely helpful when it comes to helping babies fall asleep after feedings at midday and in the evening. The drop-down side makes it easy to feed or soothe babies throughout the night. This was a major selling point for our exhausted test mums. Although it doesn't rock, or have extra features, like an audio system, the Joie Roomie Slide's elegant design and practicality are a welcome addition our top crib reviews for bed.
