WoW Upgrades - The item level upgrade Upgrader

Upgrades give a guaranteed boost to certain stats. Each upgrade increases the level of the item by +3. A random extra substat is also boosted alongside each upgrade.

The more modernized gear generally has a higher trade value as long as it meets low requirements (like the FB sorc's shield) or a very high stat variation (like the eth titan weapons). The latter see less value from upgrading due to the need to roll to get a perfect version.

Recycle Points

The item upgrader lets players upgrade their gear by offering the currency to an NPC. Upgrades can be made on any kind of weapon or armor. The item used to upgrade the item will be consumed and can't be used again. Upgrades can also be applied to enhancements.

You can upgrade your equipment anytime by visiting the upgrader in any major city. To keep your gear up-to-date, it is recommended that you visit the upgrader every couple of weeks.

The cost of upgrading will vary based on the current level of the equipment being upgraded, but will always be less expensive than purchasing new gear from other sources. Upgrades such as upgrading a Benthic chest up to 385 ilvl will cost you 20 recycle points. Buying a similar Best item upgrader will cost you 105.

Valorstones

Upgrades are items that are used to upgrade weapons and tools, armor and accessories. They can be purchased through NPCs who sell upgrades to item level upgrade owners in a variety of currencies. They can also find them on random treasure lists. Once purchased, an upgrade can be used on any tool, weapon, or armor. The button will show the item's next upgrade level, if there are enough materials.

The cost of upgrades varies based on the item slot and the current level of the item upgrades as well as the level of the weapon, which is more than gloves or bracers for example. Each step costs 15 Flightstones plus a certain number of crests. Some upgrades offer a discount on the Flightstones. Once an Best item upgrade is upgraded to a certain amount, it can be downgraded and sold to the upgrader for a lower price.
